San Diego All-Stars Basketball teams participate in highly competitive "exposure" events, tournaments and showcases from late March through July which allows our players to be evaluated by scouts and coaches from the nation's universities and junior colleges.
Our teams are highly competitive against nationally ranked-and-recognized travel teams which often receive substantial travel-expense sponsorship money from Nike or adidas, allowing them to participate in high-profile east coast events. In order to expand the exposure and opportunities for our players, we will participate in high-profile events that are "beyond driving distance" (e.g., events in Colorado and Indianapolis), with travel-expenses supported by your donation. Your generous contribution will support San Diego's top athletes in their pursuit of a college basketball opportunity and, ultimately, a college degree.
