Marshawn Cherry, the President and Athletic Director of San Diego All-Stars, founded the San Diego All-Stars Basketball Club in 2001 and has more than 16 years as a basketball coach with high school, travel and community league teams. Marshawn is also the JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at The Bishop's School. |

Stacy Dooley, our Director of Player Development, has 15 years of coaching and community involvement in the San Diego community. Coach Dooley served as assistant varsity coach at San Diego High School from 2004 -2005 and has coached numerous 14U to 16U youth basketball teams. Coach Dooley has been involved with San Diego All-Stars basketball since 2003 and focuses on player skills development and athletic conditioning. |

Josh Kramer brings considerable coaching and college playing experience to our coaching staff, working on big man player development and coaching one of our older teams. Coach Kramer played at DI Holy Cross University from 2004 to 2005 until returning to the west coast to finish his education and play for DI NAIA Concordia University. |

Len Parham has been involved with San Diego youth basketball for many years and was co-founder of the San Diego All-Stars Basketball Club with Marshawn Cherry in 2001. Len Parham is the Assistant Varsity Coach at Mission Bay High School. |
