| Marshawn Cherry, founder, Director and President of San Diego All-Stars, is a lifelong resident of San Diego County and graduate of Patrick Henry High School in San Diego. Mr. Cherry has over 16 years experience as a basketball coach with high school, travel and community league teams and 16 years of San Diego community involvement, mentoring numerous young men and assisting them in receiving basketball scholarships. In addition to his duties with SDA, Mr. Cherry acts as the JV head coach and assistant varsity coach at The Bishop’s School in La Jolla, CA, and is a Special Education Instructional Aid to the Poway Unified School District. Widely regarded as one of San Diego County’s most knowledgeable and dedicated youth basketball coaches, Mr. Cherry currently manages all basketball-related operational aspects of SDA and has personally trained and mentored numerous young men in basketball over the last decade. Through the leadership of Mr. Cherry, San Diego All-Stars has garnered a reputation as an athletic organization that expects hard work, dedication and integrity from its players, both on the court and in the community. |

| Lori J. Travers, Carlsbad, CA, is a member of the Board of Directors and acts as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of San Diego All-Stars Basketball Association. Ms. Travers has extensive executive-level business experience in both major corporate and entrepreneurial environments, having spent 20+ years of her career in the technology industry, including 7 years working in the education market. Ms. Travers is a 1983 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, and was an associate with the law firm of Morrison & Foerster before accepting a position as Vice President and Sr. Legal Counsel for Simon & Schuster. At Simon & Schuster, Ms. Travers represented S&S educational textbook and technology subsidiaries and was Simon and Schuster's Chief Internet Strategist for K-12 education. Ms. Travers subsequently became VP of New Media at Computer Curriculum Corporation, an educational technology company serving the K-12 education market, followed by ten years as VP of Business Development for Silicon Valley digital media start-ups. Ms. Travers is currently the proprietor of Travers Media, a web design and development company. |

| Kim Carter McKnight, Carlsbad, CA, is a member of the Board of Directors of San Diego All-Stars Basketball Association. Ms. McKnight, the Vice President and General Manager at CBS Scientific in Solana Beach, CA, brings extensive experience in working with non-profit organizations, having been actively involved in organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for over a decade. Ms. McKnight is a 1986 graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.A in business/accounting. |

| Denise Daniels, Ph.D. is a developmental psychologist, product inventor, and businesswoman. She has extensive management experience in the education electronic publishing sector, and her background and expertise span the fields of developmental and media psychology, total quality management, and electronic publishing. During the last 10 years Daniels has served as a manager and executive for large-scale educational and health technology products and electronic publishing applications in Silicon Valley. Currently, she is Director of Education Content for education.com and heads up their Road to College product division. Other major education endeavors include various roles with Simon & Schuster’s Computer Curriculum Corp. and Score/Kaplan, Inc. Ms. Daniels holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and her M.A. and Ph. D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following the completion of her doctorate she completed four years of postdoctoral work at Stanford University. |

| Andi Neugarten has over 20 years of global experience in corporate finance, strategy, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, finance and marketing. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ms. Neugarten spent ten years in public accounting and taxation at Ernst and Young and then Grant Thornton in South Africa. As Head of Acquisitions at Woolworths - South Africa’s Marks & Spencer - she led Woolworths' successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange, was responsible for the $150 million acquisition of Country Road, Australia, led an exploratory team to assess the formation of a joint venture with Marks and Spencer in Australia and performed due diligence on numerous local and international businesses, searching for potential acquisitions or partnerships. With a move to Wooltru Limited, the holding company of Woolworths and the largest retail holding company in South Africa, Ms. Neugarten assumed the role of Head of Corporate Finance, where she was responsible for strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, business development and strategy. |
