Wednesday and Friday, Mission Bay at 6pm to 8pm

Important! Parent Meetings on Sunday, June 7th

Parents, we will be having parent meetings next Sunday, June 7th at Mission Bay gym. It is very important that you attend as we will be discussing our June and July club activities, including practices, travel, accommodations and the busy July tournament and showcase schedule during the college evaluation periods.

Meeting times are as follows:

Parents of Juniors/17U: 3pm
Parents of Sophomores/16U: 3:30pm
Parents of Freshman/15U: 4pm

Special NBA Training Session and Practice Schedule Change

SDA Basketball has been offered a special opportunity to train with Jay Hernandez, a basketball trainer who has trained NBA players such as Jemeer Nelson and Raja Bell. The one time opportunity will be this Friday night, May 29th, at the Bishop's High School gym, from 5:00PM to 6:30PM. SDA players have been offered a special discount. As a result of this opportunity, our Friday practice at Mission Bay will be from 7PM to 9PM. This time change affects this Friday only.

Memorial Day Weekend Tournaments

First of all, congratulations to our teams for a great showing at the EBO Showcase!

Our next tournaments are this Memorial Day weekend, May 22-25, in Los Angeles.

HAX Memorial Day Blast

The Juniors and Sophomores will participate in the HAX Memorial Day Blast. The map to the HAX facility can be found here. The map to Redondo High School can be found here.

BCA Memorial Day Invitational

The Freshmen will participate in the BCA Memorial Day Invitational. The tournament will be held at Lynwood High School. Here is the map.

Team Hotel

As always, you are responsible for making your own hotel arrangements. The team hotel will be the LAX Hilton. To make a reservation, you can do the following:

1. Click here to go to sdatravel.rovia.com or click on the Rovia icon on the events page of SDAbasketball.com.

2. At the top of the Rovia home page, click on the hotels icon.

3. For location, input LAX. Then under "radius" put in 2 miles. This will return a number of hotels. Look for the Hilton Los Angeles Airport.

HAX tournament games start on Saturday, so as of now we plan a Saturday and Sunday night stay.
