Spring Exposure Events

Several of our teams will be participating in Spring exposure events in March and April. Note that March and April are NOT live periods for Division I coaches, so these events will be attended only by Div II, Div III and NAIA colleges. These are all very good events with excellent exposure opportunities.

Player Commitment

All players are expected to attend all practices and games. If a player is to miss a practice or game, they must call their coach in advance to inform them. Practice is twice a week, with a conditioning clinic on Sunday afternoons. Additional practices may be added. Participating on our teams will be a rewarding experience because of the level of competition at both practices and games, as well as the exposure offered at events we enter. The effort put forth by the player will dictate their playing time. An SDA player must be dedicated to attending practice, keeping his grades up, and learning to prioritize his responsibilities. Playing time is not guaranteed, but all players will participate if they are committed.

Season Overview

San Diego All-Star coaches will soon be holding evaluations for teams ages 12U through 17U. In general, teams will play in various spring leagues, either in San Diego, LA or Orange County. Leagues generally run from March through May, with games played on Saturdays and Sundays. We may also have teams play in occasional scrimmages or exhibition games.
